At 73 years old, I’ve spent a lifetime chasing history — in the air and on paper.

I soloed on my 16th birthday. By 18, I had my private pilot's license.  Aviation has been part of my story ever since — from building aircraft and working in R&D on ultralight designs, to collecting the printed remnants of flight and the world it helped shape.

The Ephemera Bureau is a curated collection of one-of-a-kind artifacts — vintage aviation items, historical documents, postcards, prints, and tangible traces of long-past stories. Many pieces here are the only ones I have — and very likely the only ones you'll ever find.

This store is built for collectors, enthusiasts, and curious souls who value the real, the rare, and the beautifully unexpected.

This collection carries forward the legacy of Mostly Aviation, a dedicated store for aviation history and ephemera. Now part of The Ephemera Bureau, we continue to preserve and share rare aviation photographs, postcards, and artifacts with the same focus and passion.
