Returns
Because the majority of our products are vintage, one-of-a-kind, and often fragile, we do not accept returns unless the item is significantly not as described or was damaged during shipping.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@theephemerabureau.com with:

We’ll work with you to resolve the situation promptly.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

The item arrived damaged in transit

The item is significantly different than described in the listing

The order was cancelled before shipment
If a refund is approved:

It will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

📦 Shipping Damage
If your item arrived damaged:

Save all packaging

Send photos of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery
We may request a return of the damaged item or file a claim with the carrier.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
We do not issue refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Normal wear, aging, or historical imperfections consistent with vintage ephemera
